More Theme Parties from Nakai

Beach / Hawaiian Theme
1. Decorations:
a. colorful plastic pails with sand
b. shells near the food table
c. BEACH BALLS!!!
d. try to rent torches... like the ones they used in Survivor!!
e. gumamelas for girls!
f. coconuts!!! ;) and fake palm trees...
2. Food:
a. shrimps!!! calamares! seafood!! yummy!
b. uh, punch? ;) and some cans of soda
c. chikn nggets? bbq?(although bbq is too common)
d. try, um, those, like, fried rice. they're soo good!
e. dessert... your fave fruit!!! ...salad? heheh!
f. dont forget the birthday cake, man
3. Invitations & Outfits:
a. beach balls (clear or not)... and then, the paper/invitation details would be inside... or written in marker on the surface
b. miniature umbrellas for the girls
c. dont forget to tell them to wear beach outfits!
d. celebrant MUST wear a SARONG! ;) aaack! cute!!! or a really cute dress with a hawaiian print (not the floral type, though)!
4. Sounds:
a. beach boys! ;) great balls of fire!
b. new wave (a and b shld be playd wen the party's just starting)
c. hip hop!!! ;) rnb's
d. heheh, try the song "short skirt long jacket" by the band called cake
5. Other Stuff:
a. games: twisterrr!!! beach volleyball or beach wars!!!
Mexican Theme
1. Decorations:
a. banderitas
b. banners with "happy birthday", the font should be Mexican-ish, gets? ;)
c. candles... but this is a little risky
2. Food:
a. tacos! ;) hehehe.. or u can just have the taco salad thingy so it's less messy. ;)
b. chilli!!! ;)
c. cheese sticks!
d. barbequed pork?
e. beer! joke. soda, and those flavored water... whatever that is.
3. Invitations & Outfits:
a. cactus!!! -invitation with a may cactus!!!
b. wear anything COLORFUL!!! kind of like mexican... swimsuit should be underneath
c. invitation... black&white pics of u in a medj mukhang mexican dress... with like, a blackboard beside u... the blackboard will contain all the info. gets? ;)

a. is shakira a latin singer?
b. selena!!!
c. aheheheh... ricky martin? :)
5. Other Stuff:
a. piniata!!!
DRIVE-IN MOVIE thingy!!
uh, this is a pretty masculine theme, though
1. Decorations:
a. try headlights all over the place
b. mini-cars on the food table... toy cars that go around a track? like those tamiya cars, but smaller? ganun! ;)
c. heheh, grand prix flags... blk&white
2. Food:
a. munchies! mini chololate bars, candies on trays
b. pop corn and some other chips(pringles, blah blah)
c. pizza!!!
d. chicken
e. soda
f. macaroni
3. Invitations:
a. toy cars
b. movie tickets with "ADMIT ONE... ___'s birthday party blah blah" written on them
4. Sounds:
a. is shakira a latin singer?
b. selena!!!
c. aheheheh... ricky martin? :)
5. Other Stuff:
a. a widescreen on one corner, so u guys can watch while swimming (like drive-in movies, only this time, in the swimming pool!)
b. u get to choose the movies! ;) or ask friends for help
c. music... rave!
